1. What’s your return or exchange policy?
All returns and/or exchanges must be handled through this location.
Within 15 days of delivery, we accept returns.
All products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged when returned.
All returns and exchanges are completed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse. Refunds are sent to the same method of payment used to place the transaction. Exchanges are only permitted when requesting a different size for the same product.
2. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns and exchanges are processed within a week of receiving the product at our warehouse. If you’ve been reimbursed, it normally takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after they’ve been processed. 3. What if my items are damaged or defective?
Please contact our Fan Support department at [email protected]. Include your confirmation number as well as a photograph of the merchandise you received.
