Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • A $4.99 USD restocking fee will apply to all cancellations

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Changes are not guaranteed, as orders may already be processed

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Order Not Delivered

  • If your order has not been delivered at all, you may request a refund after a reasonable delivery period has passed

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery

  • Once approved, we will send the correct item at no additional cost

Defective or Damaged Product

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please email us with photos at admin@allsafeshop.com

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 24 hours for cancellation

  • The order has already been processed or shipped

  • The customer ordered the wrong size or product

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
