Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Kindly include your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Wrong Size Ordered

If you ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process and send the correct size.

Incorrect Item or Size Sent by Us

If Allsafe Shop sends the wrong size or an incorrect product:

• We will provide a return shipping label

• We will send the correct item at no additional cost

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 2–5 business days.
